Here are the criteria for card conditions:

Near Mint (NM): A near mint card may have a few minor imperfections ranging from superficial scratches that are hard to see to minor edgewear. It may also contain print lines miscuts or centering issues. I consistently refer to a mint card as NM.
Lightly Played (LP): A lightly played card will exhibit more minor imperfections, including surface scratches, edgewear, minor smudges, minor indents and minor dings on corners or edges.
Moderately Played (MP): A moderately played card will show major scratches and edgewear. Moderate indents and minor bends may be present, and corners may begin to fray
Heavily Played (HP): A heavily played card will display major scratches, edgewear, and creases.
Damaged (D): A damaged card will show excessive creases. It may also contain writing tears or missing sections.
