Shipping Policy
Please allow up to 1-3 business days for shipping. Please note – we do not cover any additional custom/duties charges outside of CANADA.
Ownership of packages turned over to Canada Post transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info.

Claims and Responsibilities
- For lost packages during transit, claims must be filed by the buyer directly with Canada Post.
- We cannot be held responsible for shipments sent to forwarding services or companies, regardless of the shipping service selected.
- If you use a forwarding address, please contact your forwarding company to locate your shipment.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
To start a return, you can contact us at info@mbcollectibles.ca. Please let us know the reasoning for your return with proof. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. If your request is rejected you may still return “sealed” product but at the buyer’s expense for the shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify thru e-mail once accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

If accepted, all orders are subject to a 15% deduction fee that will apply to cover bank charges & restocking fee from the total amount (Total Amount – (15% fee) = Refund Amount).

Any newly placed order that is immediately cancelled will be subject to a 15% administrative cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the total order amount. This fee covers processing, handling, and bank costs associated with the order’s initiation and subsequent cancellation.

Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled. If you no longer want the item, you may return it unopened within 48 hours upon receipt. A restocking fee of 15% may apply. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.”

All graded singles, raw singles, loose booster and sealed blister packs are final sale. No returns will be accepted on these items. you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
